Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Commercial Account Manager to lead a team of account managers in managing customer relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a team of 6-8 Commercial Account Managers to ensure efficient onboarding and ongoing customer relationships
  • Develop and execute career development plans for team members, including coaching and training on sales skills and product knowledge
  • Utilize data analytics tools to monitor team performance and customer success, reporting insights to senior leadership

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of quota-carrying sales or customer success experience with a proven track record
  • At least 5 years of experience in building and leading sales or customer success teams
  • Experience in fast-paced, results-oriented go-to-market environments, preferably in SaaS companies
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Salesforce, Looker, and Excel
  • Experience with accounting software or financial services sales is a plus
