Job Summary
A company is looking for a Commercial Attorney for a 4-month contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising teams on various commercial and contractual legal matters
- Drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements, including contracts and leases
- Managing payment disputes and commercial claims, including arbitration
Required Qualifications:
- JD and fully qualified in any State in the US
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
- In-depth understanding of legal issues related to commercial operations
- Excellent contract negotiating and drafting skills
- Fluent in English; knowledge of another language is a plus
