Commercial Claims Manager - Texas Licensed
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Commercial Claims Manager to oversee claims processing and manage a team of adjusters.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise inexperienced adjusters and manage new loss intake across multiple lines of business
- Develop and execute claims settlement strategies in collaboration with other management teams
- Prepare and present detailed reports on complex claims and manage vendor relationships
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 10+ years of experience in Commercial General Liability, Commercial Auto, and Property Claims Adjusting
- 2+ years of Claims Management experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Texas Independent Adjuster License or ability to obtain it promptly, along with multistate adjusting licenses
- Achieved or working towards designations such as CPCU, PCLS/PCLA, SPPA, or AIC
