Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
- Document learnings to create a long-term knowledge management system
- Support legal functions in various business areas, including compliance and employment matters
Required Qualifications
- Admitted to the bar in any state
- 1+ years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Business acumen
- Experience working directly with a sales team is preferred
- Working knowledge of HIPAA is a plus
