Job Summary
A company is looking for a Commercial Legal Counsel to provide legal support and advice to various business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily legal support and advice to the North America and EMEA groups, especially the Sales team
- Draft, review, and revise contracts and legal documents related to Cloud Services
- Monitor new legislation and analyze implications for the company while advising on risk management
Required Qualifications
- Master's law degree or JD, with Bar qualification required
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Solid knowledge of contract law and familiarity with the software and cloud service industries
- Prior experience in the cloud service/database/SaaS industry is preferred
- Experience as in-house counsel in multinational corporations is an advantage
