Job Summary

A company is looking for a Small Business Account Manager (Hybrid or Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients and provide personalized service
• Handle the renewal marketing process and present renewal quotes to clients
• Address client inquiries, report claims, and ensure timely resolution of issues

Required Qualifications and Education

• 5 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Small Business Account Manager preferred
• High School Diploma or Associate Degree in Business Administration preferred
• NY State Property & Casualty insurance license
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Applied EPIC experience preferred
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
