Job Summary
A company is looking for a Commercial Program Manager to drive cross-functional teams in delivering complex commercial programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement program strategies and plans for commercial readiness and launch execution
- Manage program budgets, timelines, resources, and risks while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Prepare and present regular program reports to senior management and key stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the medical device diagnostic industry
- Proven track record of managing complex commercial programs with cross-functional teams
- Experience leading the development of decision frameworks and approaches for prioritization
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is highly desirable
