Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Claims Adjuster (Commercial Property).

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve commercial property claims, ensuring thorough documentation
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with policyholders regarding claims processes
• Coordinate vendor services and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and best practices

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5+ years of commercial property claims experience
• Knowledge of construction/reconstruction and commercial property claims coverages
• At least one of the following: a bachelor's degree, AIC designation, CPCU, or AFIS designation
• Proficient in creating estimates with Xactimate and using modern business technologies
• Ability to obtain and maintain proper adjuster licensing and continuing education as required
