Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the technical implementation and ongoing administration of sales commission programs, the full-time remote Commissions Analyst will translate commission plan structures into code, collaborate with various teams to implement updates, and ensure accurate execution of incentive programs.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a contributor to the Compensation team, supporting the technical implementation of commission programs
• Translate commission plan structures and business rules into technical logic for commission calculations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support commission plan execution and resolve related questions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Python experience preferred
• Exposure to compensation, commissions, or corporate finance preferred
