Job Summary

A company is looking for a Communications Officer to support communications, outreach, and marketing efforts for government-funded programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement a strategic communications plan for assigned programs and ensure timely execution of deliverables
• Develop content and provide impactful messaging for government programs communications deliverables
• Maintain project web pages, ensuring timely updates and alignment with program objectives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in communications, marketing, or public relations within the nonprofit sector
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in digital tools, including social media platforms and content management systems
• Knowledge and experience in climate change, environmental justice, sustainability, and equity communications
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
