Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Community Content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of content producers to create engaging and informative content for the customer community
  • Establish and maintain content standards and workflows for user-generated content
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new initiatives and maintain a comprehensive internal knowledge base

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in content production and/or technical writing in a marketing or customer experience environment
  • 1-2 years of experience managing people
  • Proven experience creating customer-facing content for a B2B SaaS audience
  • Experience in developing and maintaining internal knowledge bases and instructional content
  • Strong skills in SEO and analytics, with experience using data to guide content strategy
