Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Coordinator to support community engagement and data reporting for their customer community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide community leader and member support
  • Moderate community interactions and resolve conflicts
  • Connect community data to customer data using Salesforce and create visual reports

Required Qualifications:
  • Baseline knowledge of the Salesforce platform
  • Skilled in Google Docs/Sheets
  • Understanding of event management data and reporting
  • Experience in Community Management or a similar customer-facing role is a plus
  • Experience with Tableau is a plus
