Job Summary
A company is looking for a Community Coordinator to support community engagement and data reporting for their customer community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide community leader and member support
- Moderate community interactions and resolve conflicts
- Connect community data to customer data using Salesforce and create visual reports
Required Qualifications:
- Baseline knowledge of the Salesforce platform
- Skilled in Google Docs/Sheets
- Understanding of event management data and reporting
- Experience in Community Management or a similar customer-facing role is a plus
- Experience with Tableau is a plus
