Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Manager to build and nurture a vibrant community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to establish and grow the community
  • Leverage analytics tools to monitor community health and provide data-driven insights
  • Curate and create engaging content to encourage participation and knowledge-sharing

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in community management or a similar role in tech or SaaS
  • Proven success in building and scaling an online community
  • Proficiency with community platforms and social media tools
  • Strong analytical skills to synthesize data and share insights
  • Experience in the EdTech or SaaS industries is preferred
