Job Summary
A company is looking for a Community Manager to build and nurture a vibrant community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to establish and grow the community
- Leverage analytics tools to monitor community health and provide data-driven insights
- Curate and create engaging content to encourage participation and knowledge-sharing
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in community management or a similar role in tech or SaaS
- Proven success in building and scaling an online community
- Proficiency with community platforms and social media tools
- Strong analytical skills to synthesize data and share insights
- Experience in the EdTech or SaaS industries is preferred
