Job Summary
A company is looking for a Community Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Leadership: Engage with community members, answer questions, and foster a sense of belonging
- Ambassador Program: Manage and grow the Ambassador Program to empower advocates
- Events: Coordinate and host online and offline community events, including meetups and webinars
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in community management, social media management, growth marketing, with 3 years in the blockchain industry
- Deep understanding of blockchain, Ethereum, DeFi, and crypto consumers
- Prior experience in decentralized governance solutions, LegalTech, or FinTech
- Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment across time zones
