Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead compliance initiatives related to compensation regulations
- Manage process improvements and serve as the first responder for consultation requests
- Provide analytical support and own compensation data audits in Workday
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Compensation and/or Human Resources or a related field preferred
- BA or BS in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
- Experience with Workday preferred
- Strong experience with Excel and ability to manipulate large data sets required
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
