Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead compliance initiatives related to compensation regulations
  • Manage process improvements and serve as the first responder for consultation requests
  • Provide analytical support and own compensation data audits in Workday

Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in Compensation and/or Human Resources or a related field preferred
  • BA or BS in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Experience with Workday preferred
  • Strong experience with Excel and ability to manipulate large data sets required
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
