Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market pricing activities and participate in compensation surveys
Maintain online market survey tools and assist in annual reviews of market competitiveness
Administer and manage compensation programs, develop necessary documentation, and conduct audits for compliance

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma and 4 years of work experience in Human Resources or Compensation Administration
2 years of prior work experience in mid to large-sized companies
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) WorldatWork certification preferred
