Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market pricing activities and participate in compensation surveys
  • Maintain online market survey tools and assist in annual reviews of market competitiveness
  • Administer and manage compensation programs, develop necessary documentation, and conduct audits for compliance

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma and 4 years of work experience in Human Resources or Compensation Administration
  • 2 years of prior work experience in mid to large-sized companies
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) WorldatWork certification preferred
