Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation and HRIS Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate job content and provide recommendations for leveling and FLSA classification
  • Perform market reviews to assess competitive pay positioning
  • Assist with the administration of compensation programs and conduct data analysis

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, statistics, economics, or a related field
  • Two years of experience in administering compensation principles and HRIS administration
  • Intermediate analytical skills, particularly in Excel
  • Basic understanding of US wage and hour laws, including FLSA
