Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation and HRIS Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate job content and provide recommendations for leveling and FLSA classification
- Perform market reviews to assess competitive pay positioning
- Assist with the administration of compensation programs and conduct data analysis
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, statistics, economics, or a related field
- Two years of experience in administering compensation principles and HRIS administration
- Intermediate analytical skills, particularly in Excel
- Basic understanding of US wage and hour laws, including FLSA
