Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Consultant to align compensation programs with business goals and regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement incentive risk management frameworks and controls
- Design, implement, and monitor incentive compensation plans in collaboration with various stakeholders
- Support incentive design, administration, and project enhancements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of compensation and analytics experience at a large financial institution
- Detailed knowledge of the compensation regulatory environment
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience in market evaluation, compensation program design, and job design
- Ability to work with large volumes of data accurately and efficiently
