Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Consultant to align compensation programs with business goals and regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leadership to align compensation programs with strategic objectives
- Ensure incentive compensation programs comply with regulatory expectations and mitigate risks
- Collaborate with various HR areas and interact with leadership positions outside of HR
Required Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of Interagency Guidance on Sound Incentive Compensation Practices
- Experience in compensation program design and implementation
- Knowledge of relevant compensation regulations
- Ability to analyze compensation data and trends
- Experience working with leadership and cross-functional teams
