Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leadership to align compensation programs with strategic objectives
Ensure incentive compensation programs comply with regulatory expectations and mitigate risks
Collaborate with various HR areas and interact with leadership positions outside of HR

Required Qualifications

Comprehensive understanding of Interagency Guidance on Sound Incentive Compensation Practices
Experience in compensation program design and implementation
Knowledge of relevant compensation regulations
Ability to analyze compensation data and trends
Experience working with leadership and cross-functional teams
