Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Specialist responsible for developing compensation programs and strategies to ensure fair and equitable practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market analysis and maintain job architecture and salary ranges across different countries
- Support and administer compensation programs, including merit, bonus, and equity, while ensuring internal equity
- Design and build compensation reports and tools for informed decision-making and provide guidance on compensation-related matters
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degrees and certifications are a plus
- 3+ years of experience in a Compensation Analyst/Specialist role with a solid understanding of compensation principles
- Experience with compensation survey platforms such as Radford or Mercer
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for complex analytical projects
- Multi-national experience is preferred
