Compiler Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compiler Engineer to develop the Miden compiler toolchain and improve the developer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support design and implementation of the Miden compiler to Miden assembly
• Improve and harden the compiler frontend while addressing backend challenges
• Provide feedback and inform design decisions regarding the Miden Virtual Machine and Miden Assembly language features

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience with production compilers or compiler projects (e.g., clang/gcc, LLVM/MLIR)
• Experience in Rust programming language
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn complex topics
• Passion for compiler development and developer tooling
