Job Summary

A company is looking for a Complaint Coordinator I, responsible for assisting customers and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Log complaints into the SAP Complaint system and gather necessary information
  • Issue call tags, notifications, credits, and replacement orders for complaint resolution
  • Maintain compliance with QSR and ISO regulations and ensure proper closure of complaints

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word
  • Ability to process relevant details and prioritize their importance
  • Experience in providing customer service preferred
