Job Summary
A company is looking for a Complaint Coordinator I, responsible for assisting customers and resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Log complaints into the SAP Complaint system and gather necessary information
- Issue call tags, notifications, credits, and replacement orders for complaint resolution
- Maintain compliance with QSR and ISO regulations and ensure proper closure of complaints
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word
- Ability to process relevant details and prioritize their importance
- Experience in providing customer service preferred
