Job Summary
A company is looking for a Complex Care Nurse Practitioner to oversee comprehensive case management for cancer patients and their comorbidities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-touch case management for clinical aspects of care
- Lead weekly case conferences to refine patient care plans
- Provide clinical input and serve as an escalation point for patient care
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Nurse Practitioner with relevant experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Compact unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in a compact state
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in adult oncology
- Certifications such as OCN, AOCN, AOCNS, or CCM are a plus
