A company is looking for a Complex Loss Specialist to manage complex and high exposure insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Adjust complex claims requiring technical expertise and negotiate resolutions
• Investigate losses, document findings, and assess coverage issues
• Provide updates to stakeholders and prepare reports as per company policy

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of construction liability claims experience
• College degree or equivalent claims management experience
• Minimum of 10 years litigation management experience preferred
• Must hold an adjuster license and be willing to secure additional licenses
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
