Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst to assist in the delivery of the Compliance Management System.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct day-to-day monitoring and review of the bank's lending, deposit, and operational activities
- Maintain knowledge of applicable federal and state laws and assist in reviewing Fintech partner policies for compliance
- Support the monitoring of compliance controls and assist in the development of action plans for corrective measures
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years' banking compliance experience
- Knowledge of federal and state laws, including Reg E, TILA, ECOA, and FCRA
- Ability to work and complete tasks with minimal direct supervision
- Eager to learn and achieve proficiency in compliance practices
- Thrive in a fluid environment with high autonomy and a collaborative approach
