Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst, Complaints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate consumer complaints and company responses to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Investigate complaints from regulatory agencies and escalate issues involving potential legal or regulatory concerns
  • Perform root-cause and trend analysis of complaints to identify systemic issues and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of complaint metrics, data, and reports
  • Ability to perform root-cause and trend analysis
  • Regulatory and/or complaint management knowledge and skills
  • Proficient use of computer programs and software
