Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compliance Audit Analyst to conduct quality assurance and audit activities to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and contributing to the annual compliance audit plan
- Develop audit tools and analyze key risk areas to identify non-compliance issues
- Support the rollout of monitoring processes and confirm audit results with recommendations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare billing operations or compliance-related risk management
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field (preferred)
