Compliance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Director to develop and manage compliance programs for financial technology businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the compliance program for consumer lending, credit, and banking
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and maintain the compliance management system
• Build and lead a team to support compliance activities and ongoing management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, law, or a related field
• Minimum of seven years of compliance experience, with at least three years in a leadership role
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to credit, lending, and consumer banking
• Experience in drafting policies, procedures, and manuals for compliance management systems
• Industry knowledge of the consumer banking and lending ecosystem, particularly in FinTech models
