A company is looking for a Compliance Director, Revenue Cycle Compliance Audit and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and conduct comprehensive revenue cycle operational process and compliance audits
• Coordinate data analytics to support revenue cycle compliance and monitor associated risks
• Engage with leadership to provide high-quality service and value-added solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Professional designation such as CHIAP, CHC, CIA, or CHFP
• Expert knowledge of hospital Revenue Cycle processes through management, audit, or compliance experience
• Experience in process auditing, data acquisition, and analytics
• Expertise in researching and auditing Federal and State regulations and industry standards
• Significant leadership experience in performance management and mentoring
