Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Compliance oversight support to operations to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal standards
• Collaborate with business partners to develop and execute compliance monitoring programs
• Manage audits, respond to inquiries, and identify and address compliance issues

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant work experience
• 3-5 years of regulatory and operations compliance experience in insurance markets
• Extensive knowledge of workplace health and benefit programs and related regulations
• Demonstrated ability to develop effective compliance programs
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
