Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager to lead day-to-day operations of their Compliance program.

Key Responsibilities

• Support bank partnerships by leading meetings and assisting with regulatory examinations
• Provide compliance advice to internal partners and oversee complaints response
• Conduct vendor due diligence and review marketing assets for regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in bank or fintech compliance, focusing on financial services
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical capabilities and creative problem-solving skills
• Experience with vendor management and compliance training coordination
• Familiarity with NMLS is a plus
