Compliance Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory compliance and support risk management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees independence and compliance-related processes firmwide
- Performs monthly Quality Control checks and manages state professional licensing requirements
- Identifies process improvements and collaborates with operational departments to enhance efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in compliance, audit, or a related field, with managerial experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of NASBA, AICPA, and CPE regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
