Compliance Manager II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager II to lead compliance risk management activities and provide guidance in their area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with senior managers on complex compliance matters and oversee regulatory relationships
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to manage compliance risks effectively
• Develop training and recommendations to ensure adherence to regulations and support compliance responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 8 years of experience in compliance, legal, audit, risk, or a relevant function
• Alternatively, a combined minimum of 12 years of higher education and/or work experience, including 8 years in compliance or related fields
• Minimum of 4 years of managerial or supervisory experience
