Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee compliance programs for debt resolution business units
• Create, review, and implement improvements to processes and procedures
• Coordinate with regulators, draft reports, and advise on compliance with laws and regulations

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in consumer regulatory compliance with a debt resolution company or financial institution
• Advanced knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management in a financial setting
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
• Familiarity with GRC applications, Microsoft Office, and other software
• Ability to prioritize and be agile in a fast-moving environment
