Job Summary
A company is looking for a Configuration Business Analyst - Member.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, plan, design, document, and recommend improvements to business processes
- Act as a bridge between clients, project managers, and technical personnel to define and communicate business requirements
- Create and analyze test scenarios to ensure client requirements are incorporated into system design
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in translating technical goals into actionable client solutions
- Knowledge of basic computer programming concepts, including configuration and batch processing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other quantitative analysis software
- Strong system skills for designing and creating complex queries of healthcare data
- Knowledge of US Medicaid and experience in areas such as Member, Provider, Benefits, and Care Management
