Job Summary
A company is looking for School Behavior Technicians (RBT/PARA) with Full Benefits in Danbury, CT.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support to elementary students with mild to moderate diagnoses
- Assist in implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of licensed professionals
- Maintain a structured and supportive learning environment
Required Qualifications
- Connecticut RBT/Para License
- Experience working remotely (preferred)
- Availability for full-time or flexible part-time hours
- Experience in a school setting is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators and support staff
