Job Summary
Managing the administration of commercial mortgage credit facilities, the full-time Construction Loan Administrator will review and prepare loan advances, monitor builder lines and development loans, and issue payoff quotes while working in a hybrid or remote environment within the designated footprint.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and monitor construction loans for commercial projects and residential developments, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with loan agreements
- Process loan advances and payments, including verifying loan system availability and analyzing project budgets and costs
- Track exception approvals, maintain records of loan releases, and recommend improvements to the construction loan monitoring process
Required qualifications
- Associate Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience (preferred)
- 3 or more years of experience in Construction Loan Administration with commercial development and construction loans (required)
- Strong working knowledge of construction administration platforms (required)
- Experience with residual and builder lines (preferred)
- Paralegal Certification (preferred)
