Job Summary
A company is looking for a Consult Routing Specialist (Part-Time/Temp) responsible for reviewing and routing consult requests to specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor consult routing dashboard and email notifications for new referrals
- Review video consult requests for accuracy and completeness before routing
- Respond to support desk tickets and customer chats within the Sitka application
Required Qualifications
- H.S. diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- Computer literacy and familiarity with medical terminology
- Working knowledge of business office solutions (Google, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines
