Consulting Human Capital Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consulting Human Capital Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing client engagements in a Project Manager capacity
• Managing current book of business for managed services across HR consulting and OD consulting practices
• Creating meaningful reports detailing analysis of client challenges and opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Master's degree in industrial-organizational psychology, organizational development, or similar preferred
• Eight or more years of consulting experience
• Seven or more years of leadership experience in leading and training teams and managing clients
• Extensive experience in skills development and capacity building initiatives
