Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Writer to develop and maintain documentation for its Consumer Engagement platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop client-facing documentation for solutions and services
- Collaborate with various teams to gather information for documentation
- Create and manage project plans for documentation upkeep and communicate changes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in technical and user-facing writing
- Prior experience designing and testing web applications
- Proficient in documentation and presentation tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of quality measures in healthcare is valued
