Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center Operations Auditor - National Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality auditing support for call/contact center operations
- Analyze information to develop recommendations for coaching and training to improve agent performance
- Present audit findings to contact center leadership and collaborate with training departments
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- 4+ years of phone-based customer service experience
- 3+ years of experience in a high-volume call center
- Demonstrated expertise in call center software programs
- Experience in customer service and/or provider call auditing, preferably in financial services or healthcare
