Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Operations Auditor - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality auditing support for call/contact center operations
  • Analyze information to develop recommendations for coaching and training to improve agent performance
  • Present audit findings to contact center leadership and collaborate with training departments

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 4+ years of phone-based customer service experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a high-volume call center
  • Demonstrated expertise in call center software programs
  • Experience in customer service and/or provider call auditing, preferably in financial services or healthcare
