Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative - Credit Card.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service and sales support for inbound phone inquiries
  • Complete a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and support a positive work environment
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail, banking, or contact center
  • Ability to assist customers over the phone for extended periods
  • Must be able to adhere to a set schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills are preferred for handling customer inquiries
