Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service and sales support for inbound phone inquiries
- Complete a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and support a positive work environment
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail, banking, or contact center
- Ability to assist customers over the phone for extended periods
- Must be able to adhere to a set schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Bilingual (Spanish) skills are preferred for handling customer inquiries
