Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center Support Specialist based in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot advanced support issues for contact center technologies
- Manage requests for changes and new implementations of contact center technology solutions
- Interface with vendors for issue resolution and ensure proper ticket management
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in supporting and developing contact center solutions
- Experience with IT service management, 3rd party vendors, and technical customer service
- Experience troubleshooting VOIP/SIP connectivity highly desirable
- Experience with object-oriented programming highly desirable
