Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Support Specialist based in the US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot advanced support issues for contact center technologies
  • Manage requests for changes and new implementations of contact center technology solutions
  • Interface with vendors for issue resolution and ensure proper ticket management

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in supporting and developing contact center solutions
  • Experience with IT service management, 3rd party vendors, and technical customer service
  • Experience troubleshooting VOIP/SIP connectivity highly desirable
  • Experience with object-oriented programming highly desirable
