Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Claims Coordinator to manage the claims process from intake to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own claim files and manage all tasks for successful claim assignments
  • Collaborate with various business units to ensure effective claim handling
  • Provide customer service through Live Chat and Hotline support

Required Qualifications and Education
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Knowledge of Property and Casualty claims is helpful
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • College degree or equivalent experience required
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including late shifts and overtime
