Job Summary
A company is looking for a Content Claims Coordinator to manage the claims process from intake to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own claim files and manage all tasks for successful claim assignments
- Collaborate with various business units to ensure effective claim handling
- Provide customer service through Live Chat and Hotline support
Required Qualifications and Education
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Knowledge of Property and Casualty claims is helpful
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- College degree or equivalent experience required
- Availability to work flexible hours, including late shifts and overtime
