Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Licensing Admin Coordinator to support the Content Licensing team with various permissions-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage account creation, onboarding, and technical support for internal and external users
  • Process invoices and set up new vendors in Oracle, ensuring timely payments and reconciliations
  • Maintain and update process and training documentation for the Content Licensing team

Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree (U.S.)/College Diploma (Canada) required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully complete projects
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Strong background in collaboration with internal and external partners
