Job Summary
A company is looking for a Content Licensing Admin Coordinator to support the Content Licensing team with various permissions-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage account creation, onboarding, and technical support for internal and external users
- Process invoices and set up new vendors in Oracle, ensuring timely payments and reconciliations
- Maintain and update process and training documentation for the Content Licensing team
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree (U.S.)/College Diploma (Canada) required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Demonstrated ability to successfully complete projects
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Excellent organization skills
- Strong background in collaboration with internal and external partners
