Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Specialist, Product Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain the knowledge management strategy, including an internal knowledge base
  • Enhance knowledge sharing and creation within the Product Support organization and cross-functional teams
  • Develop internal and external communications, including newsletters, knowledge base articles, and FAQs

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in support environments with a focus on content production or knowledge management
  • Ability to prioritize and manage complex projects effectively
  • Experience writing about products or services for diverse audiences
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in fast-paced support environments is a plus
