Job Summary
A company is looking for a Content Specialist, Product Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the knowledge management strategy, including an internal knowledge base
- Enhance knowledge sharing and creation within the Product Support organization and cross-functional teams
- Develop internal and external communications, including newsletters, knowledge base articles, and FAQs
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in support environments with a focus on content production or knowledge management
- Ability to prioritize and manage complex projects effectively
- Experience writing about products or services for diverse audiences
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in fast-paced support environments is a plus
