Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Closeout Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform contract closeout actions for various government and commercial contract types
- Prepare final rate variance invoices and ensure accuracy of billing
- Utilize electronic systems to validate and submit closeout invoices and maintain documentation
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- At least 3 years of Contract Closeout experience, including Cost-Plus and T&M billing
- Strong understanding of FAR requirements
- Proficient with electronic accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
