Contract Copywriter

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Contract Copywriter will write and edit original copy across various platforms for multiple brands, managing 20-30 hours per week while adapting voice and format to meet brand-specific needs.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit original copy for social media, editorial/blog, landing pages, and email across multiple brands
• Adapt tone and voice to each brand while producing conversion-oriented content that supports channel growth
• Self-manage a pipeline of concurrent projects and provide constructive feedback to elevate team quality

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in copywriting or a similar writing role
• Proficiency in writing for multiple formats, including social, editorial, landing pages, and email
• Demonstrated success in conversion/direct-response writing linked to channel growth
• Experience in developing brand voice and creating copywriting guidelines/style guides
• Strong self-direction and project ownership skills
