Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Litigation Attorney (remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with case management and attend remote hearings weekly
- Draft briefings and make settlement recommendations
- Communicate regularly with the client and manage hearings independently
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of litigation experience with a mid-sized or large law firm
- Active bar admission in specified states
- Experience managing hearings without close supervision
- Experience interfacing directly with large institutional clients
- Strong organizational abilities for handling high-volume matters
