Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Post open positions, source, screen, and conduct interviews for clinical educator networks, and manage the contracting process for qualified candidates
• Manage candidates within the applicant tracking system and compile internal tracking documents related to recruitment activities
• Collaborate with business teams to identify geographic gaps and proactively find solutions for talent challenges

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of sourcing and recruiting experience in pharma, biotech, and/or clinician recruitment preferred
• Expert level capabilities with candidate sourcing platforms
• Experience with a robust applicant tracking system
• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
